Balansat Resort, Port de Sant Miguel

My stay at this resort was a mix of great experiences and a few setbacks. The rooms, which overlooked the beach, were very modern and clean, although the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was a shower issue that required attention. The sunset view outside the rooms was stunning, accompanied by the refreshing scent of clean laundry in the air.

The hotel is in an amazing location right by the beach and near various restaurants and shops. The rooms were spotlessly clean, bright, and welcoming, offering ample space and a modern feel. The service was excellent overall, catering well to disabled guests, although there were some instances of unhelpfulness. The dining experience, while mostly good, had some repetitive meal options. This resort truly offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay, with a few minor drawbacks.

The service was pleasant overall, but interactions with kids could be improved. Dining options were adequate with room for enhancement in the main courses.
